Clinical trials, mechanism studies, reviews and prescribing information for the four compounds in this collection.

Pharmacology and pivotal experiments

The semaglutide safety review puts pharmacology beside adverse effects. LiverTox on tesamorelin provides a clinical account of the altered GHRH signal and its liver-safety record. The comprehensive thymosin alpha-1 review spans an unusually varied immune literature.

For individual experiments, the bremelanotide brain-imaging study asks a mechanistic question, while TESTS in sepsis asks whether an immune intervention changed mortality. Both kinds of question earn their place for me.
