The archive gives no personal medical advice, no dosing guidance, and no sourcing recommendations for any compound. Queries of that kind won't get a substantive reply.
What makes a note useful
For a citation correction or a challenge: name the specific claim in question, the page and section it sits on, and the primary source you think supports a fix. Everything here keys to numbered references in the references index — so if a citation looks misread or a finding has been superseded, pointing to the exact reference and the newer source is the most useful thing you can send.
For new research: citations from PubMed-indexed journals or official regulatory sources come first. Pre-prints and non-peer-reviewed sources are noted, but not admitted as primary evidence.
